Robotic Palletizer
APR-C20 robotic palletizer is a portable carton stacking system designed for flexible placement that can be repositioned as needed and operates with power and compressed air connection as well as handles products up to 20 kg with a stacking speed of 8-10 cartons per minute. Palletizing patterns can be created by editing on the touchscreen, and new pattern data packages can be generated in approximately 5 minutes. The system also enables automated transfer of cartons onto pallets and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, electronics, printing, household chemical, and related industries.
Features
- Large touchscreen interface for parameter input and storage, allowing saved palletizing patterns to be recalled when needed
- Operation sequence: Prepare → Select palletizing data package → Left stack → Right stack → Complete
- One operator can monitor multiple units simultaneously
- Suction sponge tool can be replaced after approximately 300,000 uses, replacement is completed with adhesive tape
- Collision detection triggers alarm and automatic stop
- Supports integration with packaging lines, including case erectors, case sealers, and labeling systems
- Supports palletizing on both left and right sides
